libclaw-net1v5 software package provides C++ standard stream interface for Unix sockets, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclaw-net1v5
libclaw-net1v5 is installed in your system.
